WHAT’S OPEN AND WHAT’S NOT
As of midday on Monday, pubs, clubs, cinemas, entertainment venues, casinos, nightclubs, indoor sporting venues, gyms and indoor places of worship have closed.
Supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, banks, petrol stations, post offices, convenience stores, freight services, food delivery, bottle shops, hairdressers and beauticians and shopping centres remain open.
Restaurants and cafes are also still open, providing takeaway meals only.
Now more than ever, people are being asked to dig deep and support local businesses who are all feeling the pinch at the moment.
Many workers in hospitality and tourism roles have had their hours reduced or have been put off.
Local eateries have been busy preparing revised takeaway menus and setting up home delivery options for those in isolation.
Businesses are now refusing reusable cups and many are preferring customers use card, rather than cash.
